About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work involves setting up, clearing, and resetting the dining room while serving residents and guests meals in a timely and gracious manner. You will be the face of our dining experience, greeting guests promptly, recording accurate orders, and explaining menu items with care. Your role extends beyond serving food; you will handle guest complaints professionally, maintain strict sanitation standards, and adhere to HIPAA privacy rules to protect resident health information. This position is vital to creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can enjoy their meals and social interactions.
