About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work centers on providing quality customer service to residents and guests in a timely and gracious manner. You will be the face of our dining experience, routinely setting up, clearing, and resetting the dining room to ensure a welcoming environment. From greeting guests promptly at their tables to explaining menu items and daily specials, your role is to facilitate a warm, engaging meal service. You will handle all aspects of food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and managing guest interactions with professionalism. This role also involves adhering to strict sanitary standards and HIPAA privacy rules to protect resident health information.
