About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work involves creating a welcoming and gracious dining experience for our residents and guests. You will be the face of our dining room, greeting guests promptly, taking menu orders, and serving meals with care. Beyond food service, you will set and reset tables, manage beverage refills, and maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the front of house and kitchen areas.
This role requires a genuine connection with our senior community. You will explain menu items, describe ingredients, and handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism. Adhering to strict HIPAA privacy rules is essential, ensuring that resident-identifiable health information is used only for essential job functions. Whether working regular shifts or assisting with catering setups and breaks, your contribution helps residents realize their full human potential.
