The role requires maintaining awareness of the entire dining room, reading guest cues, and assisting proactively to uphold the spirit of Leave your troubles at the door.
Path of Progression
This is a tipped hourly position with earning potential based on performance, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Red Door servers undergo continuous training to deepen their knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality. Advancement opportunities include Certified Trainer, Bartender, or Leadership in Training positions for those who consistently model Red Door's core values and guest-first culture.
