We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our BBQ restaurant. As the face of our location, you will embody our core values and drive the culture that makes RibCrib special. This role exists to ensure that our high standards for food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently met, creating a memorable dining experience for every patron.
In this position, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, overseeing daily operations while motivating staff to achieve optimal performance. Your day will involve balancing the art of hospitality with the science of business, from managing budget expenditures and labor costs to executing local marketing activities that attract new customers and grow sales. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints diplomatically and ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
