Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGreet residents and guests promptly and provide quality customer service
- check_circleHandle guest complaints in a positive and professional manner
- check_circleMaintain front of house and kitchen sanitation requirements and food safety standards
- check_circleServe meals, beverages, and desserts to residents and guests in a timely manner
- check_circleRecord accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- check_circleRefill beverages, fill water pitchers, and prepare coffee, juice, and milk carts
- check_circleExplain menu items, describe ingredients, and inform guests of daily specials
- check_circlePerform catering function setup, breakdown, and service as assigned
- check_circleSet up, clear, clean, and reset dining room tables and service areas
- check_circleAdhere to HIPAA privacy rules and company policies regarding resident health information
Requirements
- verifiedPrior food service, fast food or restaurant experience
- verifiedAvailability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with seniors. Food Handler's or ServSafe certification.
