Founded by Greg Flynn in 1999, Flynn Group began with the acquisition of eight Applebee's locations. Over two decades, we grew by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators to become the largest Applebee's franchisee in the world. This strong foundation allowed us to expand into other brands, countries, and industries. Today, Flynn Group operates over 460 Applebee's restaurants across 24 states and is the largest franchise operator in the world. We own and operate a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic, world-class brands across diverse segments, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness.
