About the Role

As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work centers on providing quality customer service to residents and guests in a warm, gracious manner. You will be the face of our dining experience, routinely setting up, clearing, and resetting the dining room to ensure a pristine environment. Your role involves taking menu orders, serving meals and beverages in a timely fashion, and explaining menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods to our residents.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them promptly and handling any complaints with a positive, professional attitude. Beyond serving, you will manage the flow of the dining room by refilling beverages, preparing salad bars and buffets, and adhering to strict sanitary and food safety standards. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining HIPAA privacy rules, ensuring that resident-identifiable health information is used only for essential job functions.
