About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work involves creating a welcoming and gracious dining experience for our residents and guests. You will be the face of our dining room, greeting guests promptly, taking menu orders, and serving meals with care. Beyond food service, you will set and reset tables, manage beverage refills, and maintain a clean, sanitary environment in the front of house and kitchen areas.
This role is vital to our mission of helping residents realize their full human potential. You will interact with residents daily, explaining menu items, offering recommendations, and handling any guest concerns with professionalism. You will also adhere to strict HIPAA privacy rules to protect resident health information while ensuring all food handling meets recognized sanitary standards.
