Founded by Greg Flynn in 1999, Flynn Group began with the acquisition of eight Applebee's locations. Over two decades, we grew by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators to become the largest Applebee's franchisee in the world. This strong foundation enabled our expansion into other brands, countries, and industries. Today, Flynn Group operates over 460 Applebee's restaurants across 24 states and stands as the largest franchise operator in the world.
