Founded by Greg Flynn in 1999, Flynn Group began with the acquisition of eight Applebee's locations. Over two decades, we grew by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators to become the largest Applebee's franchisee in the world. About the Role

As an Applebee's Server, you will be the guest's first and last impression. This role blends fun, flexibility, and growth, offering a balance between work and personal life in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for making recommendations, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. While the work requires effort, the goal is to have a great time while making a real impact. Physical Standards & Safety

The health, safety, and well-being of our employees are our top priorities. Servers must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. The role involves transporting plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift. You must be able to speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, or masks throughout the shift. Additionally, you must be able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies.
