About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work centers on creating a gracious and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. You will be the face of our dining room, routinely setting up, clearing, and resetting the space to ensure a pristine environment. Your role involves taking menu orders, serving meals in a timely manner, and providing quality customer service that reflects our commitment to care.
You will act as a knowledgeable guide, explaining menu items, describing ingredients and cooking methods, and informing guests of daily specials. Beyond serving food and beverages, you will manage the flow of the dining room, from greeting guests promptly to handling complaints with a positive and professional demeanor. You will also adhere to strict sanitary standards and HIPAA privacy rules, ensuring that resident-identifiable health information is handled with the utmost care.
