About the Role
As an SEO/AEO Manager, you will shape how Acuity appears in both traditional search and AI-driven platforms, driving visibility, qualified traffic, and authority for Acuity and all its brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring you to define and drive a comprehensive search strategy that adapts to evolving algorithms and behaviors.
You will partner closely with marketing, content, product, sales, and digital teams to ensure content is discoverable, relevant, and optimized for modern search behavior. Your work will directly connect to measurable business outcomes, including traffic, leads, and pipeline. The day-to-day involves optimizing content for search engines and AI answer engines, managing technical health, and translating data into actionable insights that guide the company's digital presence.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be based anywhere in the United States with minimal travel required (1-20%). The interview process typically involves a review of your strategic approach to SEO and AEO, followed by discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to assess collaboration skills and cultural fit.
