About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Operations to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives. This is a high-ownership role designed for a strategic thinker who combines deep execution capabilities in technical SEO, content production, digital growth, and operational management.
In this position, you will drive organic growth, manage marketing systems and workflows, oversee website and SEO initiatives, and leverage AI tools to improve speed, scalability, and overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-focused, and capable of independently building and managing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
A Typical Day
Your day will revolve around managing marketing initiatives, driving SEO and content execution, and coordinating campaigns to improve operational efficiency. You will review marketing performance and SEO metrics, coordinate content creation, and manage website updates. A significant portion of your time will be spent collaborating with design and development teams to ensure brand alignment and building AI-assisted marketing workflows. Essentially, you will be the person driving marketing execution, operational structure, and organic growth across the business.

Requirements

Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel-related industries. Experience leading crisis-response marketing initiatives. Familiarity with Revenue Operations or marketing analytics systems.
