About the Role

Real Chemistry is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to help advance our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) capability as the way patients and healthcare professionals seek and consume information continues to evolve. You will sit at the intersection of analytics, search strategy, content architecture, AI/LLM trends, and digital ecosystems.

In this role, you will support clients in understanding and capitalizing on how AI-driven discovery (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Bing AI, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews) is reshaping search, content visibility, and information-seeking behavior in healthcare. You will bring a strong foundation in SEO and search strategy, paired with a curiosity and enthusiasm for how search is evolving from keyword-based discovery to answer-based, conversational, and AI-powered experiences. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how brands show up in both traditional and AI-powered search environments as part of a growing capability at the forefront of search transformation.

Work Model & Culture

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work through our Real HART (Real Hybrid and Regional Teams) approach.

For employees within an hour of an office, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is critical to delivering on our purpose. Outside of these offices, we have regions where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture, and learning opportunities. Real Chemistry believes we are best together, and our workplace strategy fosters connection and collaboration in person while supporting flexibility for our people.
