About the Role

The Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for shaping how the school communicates with prospective students and families. This role sits at the intersection of enrollment strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and content direction, with a clear mandate to strengthen the full enrollment funnel—from the first inquiry through final enrollment.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications, you will partner closely with the Admissions team to identify target audiences and clarify messaging. A key component of this position involves supervising the Content Marketing Manager while collaborating across the broader communications team on creative, editorial, and content production efforts. You will be the voice of the enrollment strategy, ensuring that prospective families receive the right message at the right time across email, website, social media, and digital advertising channels.
