About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing initiatives for large-scale healthcare technology programs, specifically within Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and modern Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES). This role is critical for ensuring quality delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across complex Medicaid platforms.
In this position, you will drive the testing strategy for modernization and enhancement initiatives, overseeing everything from claims processing and provider management to eligibility, pharmacy integration, and federal hub interoperability. You will serve as the bridge between state agencies, business units, and multiple vendors, ensuring that all solutions meet CMS certification requirements and federal healthcare regulations.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Medicaid operations and system integrations, with a proven track record of managing testing activities in multi-vendor government environments. You will mentor QA leads and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in Agile and hybrid SDLC environments while establishing robust quality governance standards.
