Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Advisory Support Contractor to support the U.S. Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Delta 11. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a mission-critical environment that directly contributes to national security and the readiness of U.S. space forces.
As a trusted advisor to Delta 11 leadership and staff, you will provide strategic and technical expertise in support of System Delta 81 (SD-81) and Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) capability integration. Your primary focus will be ensuring technical rigor across both physical and digital environments, facilitating the seamless integration of systems, operations, and emerging capabilities. You will help align technical solutions with mission objectives, operational requirements, and enterprise standards to enhance readiness, performance, and mission effectiveness.
In this role, you will engage with senior military leaders, government civilians, and executive-level stakeholders to drive process improvements and enterprise alignment. You will conduct complex analyses of programs and policies to assess impacts and develop mitigation strategies, while supporting systems engineering and digital engineering initiatives. Your work will involve preparing strategic communications and presentations for executive engagements and coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to support mission objectives.
