The Senior Superintendent I is a pivotal leadership position designed to coordinate project site work activities and supervise on-site work teams for multiple or large, complex construction projects. You will coach and mentor field personnel, from foremen to assistant superintendents, while ensuring the implementation of Mortenson's Zero Injury Safety Program. Success in this role requires a creative problem-solver who can effectively interface with engineers, architects, and customers to clarify discrepancies and drive project schedules forward.
