We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager I to provide overall direction and leadership on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) dominant projects or scopes of work within medium to large-scale developments. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, and proactive while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for owners and on-site representatives, fostering strong customer relationships through excellent service. Your day-to-day involves managing the project's financial health, overseeing 3-D coordination to resolve conflicts prior to installation, and directing the commissioning process from startup to functional testing. You will also lead project closeout activities, including the turnover of operations manuals and training, while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to support their career development.
