As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be involved in maintaining and repairing building systems—including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC—while ensuring compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards.
This role supports preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections onsite at a large campus in Redmond, WA. You will apply advanced knowledge to tackle sophisticated problems, mentor others across fields, and lead by example in alignment with CBRE RISE values to foster collaboration and consensus.
