As a CBRE Lead Building Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor for a dynamic Health Care environment, overseeing the preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of complex industrial systems, including boilers, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds. This position is critical to ensuring that building machinery and systems not only meet but exceed their rated life, directly supporting the operational continuity of one Hospital and 16 Clinics in and around the Santa Fe area.
This is a mobile role equipped with a company vehicle, gas card, and all necessary tools, requiring you to travel between sites. You will lead operations by assigning work orders, managing subcontractors, and providing technical training to coworkers. Your day-to-day involves consulting with clients to schedule maintenance during downtime to minimize business interruption, inspecting fire alarms and environmental systems, and responding to emergency situations. Beyond technical execution, you will coach your team, model CBRE RISE values, and influence multi-discipline teams to achieve customer and operational objectives.
