Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician with Stream, you will play a vital role in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment across our properties. This position offers a unique opportunity to become knowledgeable about engineering field responsibilities while ensuring the seamless functionality of our facilities. To support your work, a company truck will be provided.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will be the first line of defense for the physical integrity of our properties. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of preventive maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. From troubleshooting pumps, chillers, and boilers to managing air compressors and air handling units, you will apply your technical skills to resolve work orders efficiently.
Beyond technical repairs, you will manage critical operational logs, including central plant operations and chemical consumption records, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. You will also engage with water treatment chemical programs and develop a strong understanding of fire alarm and life safety systems. A key part of your success is providing concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners, ensuring a positive experience for everyone you interact with.
