Building Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to oversee preventive maintenance across five commercial real estate properties. This role is designed to ensure the seamless operation of critical building systems, combining hands-on repair work with strategic vendor coordination.

In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, and air distribution systems. You will monitor and adjust mechanical and pneumatic equipment, steam stations, control gauges, and valves to maintain a comfortable environment for building occupants. Additionally, you will verify field conditions to perform necessary repairs and monitor energy management protocols.
