The Installation Technician is a pivotal member of the Installation Department, reporting directly to the Installation Manager. This role is designed for individuals who bring decisiveness, initiative, and integrity to every job site. You will serve industrial, commercial, and residential customers, performing a wide range of HVACR installation tasks with minimal oversight.
The position thrives on technical credibility and strong interpersonal skills. You will interact with a diverse demographic of customers, collaborating closely with fellow technicians, the Installation Manager, Estimators, and Parts Runners. Beyond installation, you will play an active role in training new employees on protocols and callback prevention, while also engaging in point-of-work sales for Indoor Air Quality services and unit replacements.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a post-secondary HVACR program certificate (two or more years), along with at least three years of full-time HVAC experience. A current state operator's license and the ability to operate corporate fleet vehicles are required.
