Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlan, schedule, and execute commercial and industrial HVAC projects
- check_circleSupervise HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
- check_circleEnsure installations meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards
- check_circleConduct safety meetings and inspections to maintain site safety
- check_circleResolve project-related issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery
- check_circleMaintain accurate project documentation and assist with budgets
- check_circleManage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently
- check_circleMaintain client relationships and provide regular project updates
Requirements
- verified3+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects
- verifiedStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices
- verifiedFamiliarity with Salesforce or other relevant software
