About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at Amberlin South Naples, you will ensure an amazing community member experience while supporting daily operations in our Active Adult 55+ community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community.

You will be the face of our operations, developing strong personal relationships with community members and providing hospitable, high-quality service to ensure a memorable experience for all. Your work directly impacts community satisfaction and retention, requiring a servant-leader mindset and a passion for making a difference in others' lives.
