About the Role

The Commercial Service Plumber is a pivotal field role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems within commercial facilities. This position is designed for a professional who thrives on troubleshooting and delivering high-quality, customer-facing service. You will work independently in the field, ensuring that plumbing systems operate efficiently and in strict compliance with applicable codes.

Beyond technical repairs, this role is about building relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating clearly regarding scope of work, findings, and repair recommendations. Your work ensures that commercial facilities remain operational and safe, coordinating seamlessly with dispatch, project managers, and other trades to keep projects moving forward.
