About the Position

The Senior Superintendent is a key field leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This individual will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple job sites, drive productivity, and foster strong collaboration among field teams, subcontractors, and project managers.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, and reliable transportation. Requirements
