About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will serve as a vital support to our Project Managers, field crews, and clients. This role exists to ensure commercial roofing projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the bridge between planning and execution, coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors while monitoring site progress to maintain strict safety compliance.

Requirements

- verifiedValid drivers license
Nice to Have
1-3 years of experience in construction or commercial roofing. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in project management software. Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up, modified bitumen). Experience with estimating or takeoffs. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
