About the Role

The Missile Solutions Segment is seeking an experienced FP&A analyst to lead and drive business results through program working capital improvements, program cash management, and accurate monthly financial statement preparation. This is a highly visible role with the ability to drive change and create value for the organization through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who collaborates cross-functionally with individuals across all levels of the organization, including senior executive leadership. You will have numerous opportunities to present your findings directly to executive leadership. The role requires a passion for focusing on important business details that drive changes in the balance sheet and key financial metrics, such as cash flow and liquidity ratios, while continually assessing reasonableness and understanding variances to achieve desired business results.
