The Opportunity
CACI is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day financial analysis while collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making. This is a hybrid role available only to local candidates in the DMV area.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAnalyze and coordinate CAPEX forecasts with Operations and Corporate FP&A teams
- check_circleCalculate and import Indirect, B&P, IR&D, and depreciation expense forecasts into financial systems
- check_circleCompile, analyze, and report financial data including monthly and quarterly external indirect rate reporting
- check_circleAnalyze indirect cost trends, variances, and spending patterns to support financial planning
- check_circleDevelop expense analyses by gathering data, creating metrics, and presenting findings to senior leadership
- check_circleAssist with indirect variance research and reporting for internal stakeholders and external DCAA/DCMA reporting
- check_circlePerform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting using SmartView, MS Query, Excel, and COGNOS
- check_circleEnsure financial data attributes within systems are accurately structured and aligned with enterprise standards
- check_circleCreate and maintain documentation of financial processes and procedures
- check_circleRecommend process improvements to enhance transparency and control of indirect spending
- check_circleAssist with FY cutover processes by coordinating collection and review of data related to fiscal year changes
- check_circleIdentify and process reclassifications for incorrect transactions
Requirements
- verified5–7 years of professional experience in Finance
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- verifiedExperience in Finance within a Government Contracting environment
- verifiedProficiency with financial and accounting reporting systems
- verifiedIntermediate Excel skills
- verifiedExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- verifiedLocal candidates to DMV only
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Experience with DCMA/DCAA data calls and audits. Experience with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, OneStream, Oracle Fusion, and/or Hyperion. Familiarity with indirect rate structures and indirect cost pool methodologies.
