About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, agile Senior Financial Analyst to drive insights and decision-making across our portfolio. This role is designed for someone who loves solving complex business puzzles, can distill data into clear direction, and knows how to operate within a fast-paced, high-growth hospitality environment. This is more than just spreadsheets—it is about strategy, storytelling, and leadership by numbers.
You will have a front-row seat to shaping the growth strategy of one of the most dynamic restaurant groups in the industry. In this high-energy, entrepreneurial culture, you will partner with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop financial models that support key strategic initiatives. Your work will directly influence cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement across our multi-brand, multi-state structure.
