At Kainos, we are problem solvers, innovators, and collaborators driven by a shared mission to create real impact. Whether transforming digital services for millions, delivering cutting-edge Workday solutions, or pushing the boundaries of technology, we do it together. We believe in a people-first culture where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your contributions truly make a difference. Here, you will be part of a diverse, ambitious team that celebrates creativity and collaboration.
As an Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will work within a team or independently to help clients transform their business planning needs—including budgeting, revenue, personnel, KPIs, quotas, capacity, territories, and reporting & analytics—using the Workday Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud. You will be part of a delivery team responsible for implementations for customers of all sizes across multiple industries.
In this role, you will act as a specialist, providing mentoring and oversight to junior team members while leading all phases of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects. Your day-to-day involves taking a consultative approach to move legacy models into Workday Adaptive Planning, leveraging your expertise to recommend the best solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe. You will guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions, ensuring rapid time to value by delivering engagements on time and budget. Additionally, you will develop and configure accurate forecasting models, conduct training sessions, and document the planning models and reporting delivered to clients.
Beyond delivery, you will serve as the go-to resource for project-related inquiries, communicating regularly and clearly to set proper expectations and ensure client success. You will also support business development activities, including producing estimates for the delivery of work, and actively share learnings and problem-solving strategies with colleagues.
Our friendly talent acquisition team is here to support you every step of the way. We understand that everyone's journey is different, and we are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is tailored to your needs. If you require any accommodations or adjustments, please reach out to us for a private conversation.
At Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We actively seek out talented people from all backgrounds, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic that makes them who they are. We believe every candidate deserves a level playing field.
