As Director of Compensation at Sheetz, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading the design and governance of compensation strategies for both our retail and corporate teams. In this pivotal role within Human Resources & Talent Management, you will oversee the full spectrum of base pay, incentives, and rewards programs designed to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in our fast-paced retail environment.
Your mission is to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity while leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making. Beyond managing annual compensation cycles and job evaluation processes, you will mentor a small team and champion Sheetz's culture of innovation and employee development. This position exists to align our total rewards philosophy with business goals, ensuring that our compensation structures support a dynamic, multi-unit organization.
