About the Role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, you will be the strategic partner to senior management, providing accurate and timely financial intelligence to drive operational and strategic decisions. You will own all aspects of the Specialty Pharmacy P&L, analyzing revenues, expenses, costs, and drug-level gross margins to navigate a changing business environment and regulatory landscape.

Your day will involve developing robust financial models to project profitability for individual drugs, understanding the level of effort and costs associated with each dispense, and presenting these insights to leaders. You will collaborate closely with operations, analytic teams, and business partners to condense complex data into clear materials that inform strategy. This is an opportunity for an energetic, curious self-starter to solve complex problems and drive process improvements within a supportive team.
