About the Role
We are seeking a disciplined, hands-on culinary leader to join one of Miami's most polished and high-performing upscale dining operations. This is a unique opportunity for a strong #2 kitchen leader ready to step into a highly visible environment generating $12M–$14M annually, with nightly volumes ranging from 200–400 covers.
The Senior Sous Chef will serve as the backbone of the kitchen, partnering closely with the Executive Chef to maintain the rigorous standards required for elevated French cuisine. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in refined, high-volume settings and understands the precise structure and execution needed to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for coaching a 30+ person team, ensuring consistency in plating and food quality, and maintaining a calm, high-performance atmosphere during service.
