About the Role
The Senior Software Engineer at Boston Children's Hospital Trust serves as a hands-on technical leader dedicated to the Blackbaud CRM ecosystem and connected fundraising technologies. This role is pivotal in supporting a complex landscape that includes Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, Team Raiser, and various integrations, automations, and data flows.
The core mission of this position is to enhance the workflows of constituents, donors, fundraisers, and staff. By focusing on reliability, accuracy, automation, and ease of support, the engineer ensures that the systems underpinning the hospital's fundraising and constituent management efforts operate seamlessly. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining software solutions that reduce manual steps, eliminate duplicate entry, and mitigate data-quality risks.
As a senior team member, you will not only manage technical work through Jira and Smartsheet but also act as a mentor. You will support CRM administrators, operational staff, analysts, and junior team members through troubleshooting, peer reviews, and documentation, fostering a collaborative environment where technical excellence drives operational efficiency.

Requirements
