Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, the Assistant Director of Advancement Systems and Analytics serves as a strategic partner to Elmhurst University's fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This role is dedicated to optimizing the University's constituent relationship management (CRM) ecosystem, ensuring that data integrity and system capabilities directly advance the institution's mission.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical administration and fundraising strategy. Beyond administration, you will act as a mentor and supervisor to the Advancement Services Specialist, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality data management.
Elmhurst University is committed to its mission, vision, and values, and this role is integral to supporting those goals through operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, and alumni engagement teams to ensure the CRM system effectively supports the entire donor lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the University's ability to track capacity, affinity, and engagement, translating complex data into clear strategies for leadership and fundraisers.
To apply, please submit a cover letter, resume, and three references (including name, phone number, and email) via the online application portal. The selection process will review these materials to identify candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to the University's mission and possess the requisite technical and analytical skills.
