About the Role
As a Senior Scheduler, you will influence project success by partnering with leadership and field teams to proactively manage risk, milestones, and outcomes. You will contribute to a team where projects are where life happens, communities connect, and progress is made. Your work will help build a future that is inclusive, resilient, and full of opportunity.
In this role, you will develop strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders and facilitate interactive planning sessions. You will support the project team through various construction phases, from preconstruction to system completions, ensuring that short-term and long-term plans are validated through site walks and regular communication with site staff and subcontractors. You will present complex schedule information to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on the PCL Baseline Schedule and project forecasts.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 8-10 years of industry experience
- verified8-10 years of dedicated planning and scheduling
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of construction specifications, materials, methods, procedures, drawings, contracts, and proposals
- verifiedExperience with field construction operations and logical sequencing from pursuit to closeout
- verifiedAbility to complete quantity take-offs and understand productivity rates
- verifiedAdvanced understanding of planning and scheduling principles, best practices, and techniques
- verifiedAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedAdvanced working knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM
- verifiedAdvanced knowledge of the Critical Path Scheduling method
