We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Transportation Sector within the Project Controls Office in our Sacramento location. In this role, you will partner with the Program Schedule Lead to review and analyze contractor schedules while overseeing PCM's schedule management activities.
Your day-to-day will involve developing what-if analyses, maintaining robust schedule data, and preparing weekly and monthly reports on schedule performance and progress. You will correlate program schedule activities with client design plans, documenting the basis for construction durations and identifying key items often excluded from standard structures, such as utility relocations, environmental restrictions, and procurement timelines. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to performing reliability reviews, risk assessments, and analyzing current in-progress schedules against future planned construction estimates for the California High-Speed Rail (CHSR) project. You will identify the longest path and critical schedule items, providing recommendations to increase overall schedule reliability.
