About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Transportation Sector within the Project Controls Office in our Sacramento location. In this role, you will partner with the Program Schedule Lead to review and analyze contractor schedules while overseeing PCM's schedule management activities.

Your day-to-day will involve developing what-if analyses, maintaining robust schedule data, and preparing weekly and monthly reports on schedule performance and progress. You will correlate program schedule activities with client design plans, documenting the basis for construction durations and identifying key items often excluded from standard structures, such as utility relocations, environmental restrictions, and procurement timelines. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to performing reliability reviews, risk assessments, and analyzing current in-progress schedules against future planned construction estimates for the California High-Speed Rail (CHSR) project. You will identify the longest path and critical schedule items, providing recommendations to increase overall schedule reliability.

Our Culture and Benefits

Cordoba is committed to enhancing employee well-being and fostering a healthy, happy lifestyle both within and beyond the workplace. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including multiple medical, dental, and vision plans (subsidized for employees and dependents), paid AD&D and life insurance, and a 401(k) with an industry-leading employer match. Our time-off policies include generous vacation and sick leave accruals, 9 paid holidays, and flexible spending accounts for medical, dependent care, and commuting.

We also provide access to an employee assistance program and well-being benefits focused on stress management, nutrition, and financial health.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Cordoba Corporation provides equal employment opportunities and promotes diversity and inclusion. We welcome applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics. We strictly prohibit workplace harassment based on any factor, including gender, sexual orientation, or disability. For inquiries or accommodations, please contact our HR Department at (213) 895-0224.

Join Cordoba Corporation and be part of shaping California's future!

Hiring Process

Interested candidates are invited to apply online. Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and respectful of your time. Selected applicants will be contacted for an initial screening, followed by interviews with the hiring team to discuss your experience and fit for the role. We look forward to reviewing your application and potentially welcoming you to our team.
