The Scheduling Manager serves as a pivotal technical leader within the Project Services Group, ensuring construction projects are executed in strict accordance with their schedules. Reporting to the Director of Scheduling & Lean Services, this role bridges the gap between field operations and office strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing the total scheduling effort, acting as the primary communication hub between the Director, Project Managers, Superintendents, and external stakeholders including clients and A/E representatives.
In this position, you will not only manage the planning and coordination of schedule updates but also drive the culture of collaboration across the department. Your success is measured by the consistency and accuracy of bi-monthly schedule updates, which keep the project team aligned on progress and procurement needs. You will support project teams by exhibiting strong leadership, assisting with Time Impact Analysis, and ensuring that all designated jobs maintain a clear awareness of their timelines.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a review of their technical expertise in schedule engineering systems and their ability to demonstrate strong initiative and problem-solving skills in a construction environment.
