As a Senior Scheduler, you will join a dynamic team in Palm Coast, Florida, to collaborate with talented project teams and boost profitability. This role is designed to streamline timelines, track progress, and spot potential delays before they impact the bottom line. You will serve as a critical partner to Business Development, project management staff, and executives, ensuring that baseline schedules are robust and that cost-loaded schedules drive positive cash flow.
In this position, you will not only review and finalize schedules for estimating and proposals but also provide oversight to outside scheduling consultants to ensure compliance with PC's standards. You will analyze resource loading, track float consumption, and perform change order impact analysis to proactively mitigate threats to project goals. Beyond technical execution, you will help continually improve the company's scheduling methodology and mentor employees through the Leadership Development Program.
