As a Program Controls Scheduling Manager based in our Baltimore, MD office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the BPTR Program and other project opportunities at AECOM. This position is designed for a professional with a strong background in construction planning, utility coordination, and force account management. You will be responsible for integrating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program framework, managing complex interdependencies, and aligning resources to meet strategic objectives.
In this role, you will partner closely with project managers, senior leadership, and third-party stakeholders to guide strategic decisions. Your day-to-day involves providing authoritative scheduling oversight from the early estimating phase through construction and closeout. You will ensure the timely execution of force account work while maintaining compliance with project goals and regulatory requirements. The role requires proactive risk mitigation, resolving conflicts to maintain program integrity, and presenting clear progress reports to keep the project on track.
