About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Architect with Billing expertise, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for configuring and supporting Salesforce to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

In this role, you will drive team decisions, engage with multiple cross-functional teams, and contribute to key strategic choices. Your day-to-day involves developing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience, translating requirements into technical specifications, and conducting thorough testing to ensure reliability. You will also provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on application features and best practices, staying updated with industry trends to continuously improve our capabilities.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. The primary hiring location is Chesterbrook, PA, though we may consider qualified applicants in Nashville, Tampa, or Orlando.
