About the Role
As a Client Loyalty Specialist (Retention Agent), you will serve as a source of courage during clients' most uncertain moments. In this commission-driven role, you will support National Debt Relief clients who are at risk of canceling their service. Your primary goal is to empower them to stay on track toward regaining control of their finances.
You will engage clients through inbound and outbound communication across phone, email, and digital channels. This position requires professionalism, adaptability, and strong active listening skills to de-escalate challenging situations. By building quick rapport and applying persuasive rebuttal skills, you will help clients understand the value of the program and find solutions that keep them enrolled. You will document these interactions clearly in Salesforce while adhering to our core values of integrity and exceptional client care.
This is a full-time remote role (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule available between 9 AM and 10 PM EST. We are currently hiring for positions in AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, NV, PA, SC, TN, TX, and UT. The expected start date for this position is June 29, 2026.
