About the Role

The Account Liaison, Guest Services serves as the primary bridge between Air Culinaire and our select clients, vendors, and internal teams. In this remote position, you will professionally manage all service requests while building lasting loyalty within our client base. Working under the direction of the Director, Guest Services, your mission is to ensure the Air Culinaire system delivers an incredible experience by meeting and exceeding both client demands and company performance expectations.

You will act as the on-call support for clients, resolving inquiries promptly and utilizing company-provided equipment to maintain seamless communication. Your day involves coordinating meetings, preparing detailed reports on account status and project progress, and leveraging Power BI to identify sales trends. By collaborating with Operations, Network, IT, Finance, and Marketing & Sales, you will help develop strategies that enhance service delivery and increase market share.

This role requires a proactive approach to operational excellence. You will ensure all orders are quality-checked, manage client onboarding in conjunction with Sales and Finance, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. As a key member of the team, you will also participate in shift briefings, engage in new hire training, and assist in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align transactional processes.

Schedule & Work Model

This is a fully remote position with a unique schedule designed to support our 24/7 operational needs. The shift runs from Thursday to Monday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. Schedule flexibility is essential, as the role may require evening, weekend, or holiday hours to meet client needs. Occasional travel to conferences, conventions, and client meetings may also be requested.

Requirements
