About the Role
The Senior Security Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Contract Account Director of Operations, bridging the gap between client expectations and operational execution. This role is critical for ensuring contract compliance, driving financial performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the security team.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison with client representatives, measuring contract KPIs and steering key long-term initiatives. Your day-to-day involves mentoring subordinate managers, overseeing daily staffing and administrative functions, and conducting quality assurance inspections to maintain the highest standards of conduct and performance. You will lead by example in resolving challenging customer service issues, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through frequent and effective engagement.
Beyond operations, you will drive the professional development of your team by identifying performance gaps, executing customized training programs, and managing the full lifecycle of employee performance reviews. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, ensuring that all company processes are followed while adapting to complex industry standards and emerging security threats.
