The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in delivering exceptional support to a diverse customer base across the United States. As a primary point of contact, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and our services, ensuring satisfaction by handling requests promptly and professionally. This position requires effective communication in both English and a second language to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products.
By understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, you will contribute directly to customer retention and brand loyalty. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall service quality, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery across all channels.
This is a full-time, in-store position designed for stability and work-life balance. The schedule operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You will never be required to work on Sundays.
