As part of the Neuroscience portfolio, the Pelvic Health Operating Unit advances care for patients living with bladder and bowel control conditions. We develop targeted, minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies, including sacral and tibial solutions, to help people regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most. More than 400 million people worldwide suffer from incontinence, often limiting their lives socially, professionally, and personally. Our goal is to expand access to our therapies so we can help potentially millions of people get their lives back.
This role is a remote position based within a specific territory, requiring the incumbent to reside locally and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will manage territory base business and growth by initiating, supporting, and developing strategic implanting centers. You will act as the primary account and implanter relationship contact, handling customer needs and reimbursement responsibilities. Your day involves building key referral networks, coordinating support activities, and developing sales partnerships with distribution alliances. Success in this role requires frequent travel to customer clinics and hospitals, with approximately 50% of your time spent driving within the assigned territory.
